My name is Madalyn Date, the Girls’ School Captain at Mudgee Public for 2010. I’m so proud to be Captain of this great school.
With our change of uniform and all the building that will take place, 2010 will be a great year.
Mudgee Public has so many great opportunities for children.
I have learnt to play the clarinet and have improved my singing and dancing through the school’s Performing Arts program.
There are so many activities you can become involved in and so many different things you can try at our school.
Mudgee Public has dedicated teachers and enthusiastic students who always take pride in everything they do.
I look forward to welcoming new students to our friendly school community and helping you make new friends.
Three words pretty well sum up our school – “Friendship with Learning”, which is our school motto.

My name is Dylan Clarkson and I’m proud to be the Boys’ School Captain at Mudgee Public in 2010. I have been at Mudgee Public since Kindergarten and have found the teachers to be caring and supportive. Our school has something for everyone – sports’ gala days and carnivals, choirs, debating, eisteddfods, excursions, bands and much more. I play trombone in our Senior Band and I’ve participated in a Performing Arts tour as well as in the recording of our second Band CD. Our air-conditioned classrooms are a great place to learn.
Each of these classrooms have computers and an interactive whiteboard. We have a very large playground area which we use for learning as well as playing. Along with our other student leaders – Madalyn, our other Captain, Tom Christofis and Helena Shearman – our Vice-Captains, I look forward to seeing you at Mudgee Public.
