Band

Band

Mudgee Public School has a comprehensive band program. Students who are interested
participate in “blow” tests in Year One and Year Two to provide information about the instruments they are potentially most suited to play.

Beginner and Senior bands participate in Eisteddfods, community events
and concerts. Students hire instruments and pay a small fee each semester
to cover copyright and administration costs.
It is expected that students who are in the band will be tutored
privately in their instrument.
